  • Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ben worked for high tech manufacturers/exporters as a regulatory compliance and federal government contracting officer.
  • Ben has practiced law in Mobile since 1994. He has advised clients on commercial and corporate matters to include corporate formation, governance and dissolution, intellectual property and compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
  • He is past chairman of the Alabama State Bar Section of International Law.
  • Ben joined the Firm in 1996 and became a Partner in 2002.
  • He has considerable experience in the defense of medical malpractice actions and suits against nursing homes and their employees.
