Partner Presents at Maritime Seminar

Last month, partner Greg Buffalow presented a paper of force majeure and Act of God defense, to the annual River and Marine Industry Seminar, sponsored by the Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association (GNOBFA).  The GNOBFA meeting, held annually in New Orleans, is attended by Tug, Barge and Fleeting Operators, insurance representatives and adjusters, and marine counsel.
