Firm To Sponsor DRI Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar

The Firm is one of the major sponsors of this year's Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar, to be held in Chicago on September 23 and 24, 2010.  The annual seminar, which is typically attended by several hundred defense attorneys, risk management specialists, liability insurance representatives, and owners and operators of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities from around the country, is a project of the Defense Research Institute.  Our attorneys have been involved in the planning and presentation of the seminar since it was first developed.  This year, partner Richard Moore will speak on defending punitive damage claims in long-term care liability cases.  As reflected in the seminar brochure, which is linked below, a wide range of additional topics related to nursing home and long-term care actions will be presented.
