Alford Receives ADLA Award

Recently, partner Helen Alford was honored as the first recipient of the Livingston Award in recognition of her dedication to and work on behalf of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.@The Livingston Award is presented in honor of Louise and Ed Livingston. Ed Livingston has served as Executive Vice-President for 20 years. His wife, Louise, has worked tirelessly for the Association, providing countless hours of service to the Association’s administration and organization.

Alford has been active in ADLA for 28 years and has served in a variety of leadership positions, including Trial Academy Instructor, Coordinator and Instructor for the Deposition Workshop, Southern District Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and was President in 2008-2009.
